  • 5-8 business day delivery outside of metropolitan areas

Express Shipping

  • $11.90 discounted flat rate express shipping
  • 1-2 business day delivery within metropolitan areas
  • 3-5 business day delivery outside of metropolitan areas

New Zealand

  • Free standard shipping on orders AUD$150 and over
  • AUD$20 flat rate shipping for orders under AUD$150 
  • Express shipping is available as an option at checkout

Europe

  • Free standard shipping on orders AUD$250 and over
  • AUD$30 discounted flat rate shipping for orders under AUD$250

    DUTIES & TAXES

    We are not responsible for any Duties and Taxes that may be incurred by the customs of your country, and any additional charges rest with the customer. Please note that this is a charge from your local government based on your country's import tariffs. Contact your local customs office if you would like more information regarding duties and taxes. 

    Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. If the package is returned to us, the customer forfeits the original shipping cost.


    TRACKING YOUR ORDER

    When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. We will also provide you with a link that will allow you to track and trace the status of your delivery at any time.

     

    UNATTENDED ADRESS AT TIME OF DELIVERY

    Depending on access to your address, the parcel may be left in a safe place transferred to the nearest post office for collection. Please ensure you track your parcel to locate its whereabouts and if it's collect it before within 7 business days before being returned to sender.


    LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

    We do not take responsibility for stolen packages. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at orders@lowfapparel.com within 7 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you.
