Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return from the day of purchase. Returns outside of the 30-day window will not be accepted.

Returned items must be in perfect condition, unworn with original tags still attached. Otherwise will unfortunately not be accepted.

Receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Exchanges
Returned items must be in perfect condition, unworn with original tags still attached. Requests to exchange are managed through our online returns portal.

Refunds
If opting for a refund, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process, normally within 2-5 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If you have purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. If you purchased a product with a minor fault, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund. Our team is unable to review any worn or used items via email. All items must be physically returned either via mail or to be processed.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on socks, sale items or gift cards. 

Cost of Postage
Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change of mind returns in an online order. Please ensure your return parcel is securely packaged and both sender’s address and LOWF's returns address are clearly displayed on the outside of the parcel.

Starting an Exchange/Return
Returns and exchanges are lodged and managed through our online returns portal.

Customers will receive further instructions on how to send the item back to us.
